A Magical Celebration Featuring Family Fun, Holiday Festivities and More Than One Million Sparkling Lights 

SEVEN SPRINGS, Pa. – Seven Springs Mountain Resort is proud to announce the second annual Holidays in the Highlands, Fridays and Saturdays, Nov. 24 through Dec. 23!

Holidays in the Highlands will brighten spirits and welcome the winter season with family fun, holiday festivities and more than one million sparkling lights! Similar to the resort’s long-standing Autumnfest tradition, Holidays in the Highlands is a five-weekend celebration of the winter season filled with festive fun for the entire family.

The dramatic wooded landscapes of Seven Springs Mountain Resort are adorned with more than one million sparkling lights, creating an extraordinary winter wonderland in the mountains. Guests can turn their vehicle into a personal one-horse open sleigh as they take a nighttime ride through an unforgettable display of lights more than two miles long.

Holidays in the Highlands features the Holiday Village and Springs Town Square, where guests can explore the craft show with more than 30 of the region’s best artisans, enjoy delicious seasonal foods, get photos with Santa and delight in holiday melodies from the carolers.

The Seven Springs Express, a 43-foot long holiday train, will take children and adults alike on an exciting ride through the Holiday Village. Kids can create a variety of handmade crafts to take home at Santa’s Workshop, or mail a letter to Santa at the North Pole Post Office.

New this year, each weekend of Holidays in the Highlands features an all-ages holiday concert with some of the best entertainers in the area singing everyone’s favorite holiday tunes. From country to rock n roll to classic doo wop, guests are sure to find the perfect concert to brighten their holiday season.

Families can celebrate together with a wide variety of fun activities in the lodge including bowling, mini golf, and arcade games throughout the weekend. Weather permitting, Snow Tubing will be open for guests to dash through the snow again and again, whisked back to the top with a magic carpet lift between runs. The Seven Springs Stables will be open for horse-drawn wagon rides through the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Sleigh rides will be available weather permitting. Outside of the Main Lodge, guests can marvel at a beautiful ice carving display.

Admission to Holidays in the Highlands is FREE! This magical experience is open Fridays 5-9 p.m. and Saturdays, 4-9 p.m. The lights are on display 5-10 p.m. Friday-Sunday, from November 24 through December 23, 2017.
