Our weekly yoga classes provide an opportunity to relax and unwind through a series of flowing poses. Our Vinyasa flow style class, for all levels, is taught by instructors from the surrounding area. You will move through asanas (poses) while mindfully matching the poses with your breaths. The poses create a rhythmic style flow and combine an opportunity to work on strength, balance, and flexibility, with a time for rest as well. Certain resting poses are offered as alternatives and additional challenges are expressed to students.
