Companies we use and recommend include UPS, Federal Express and DHL. When shipping materials for conventions, shows, or meetings, allow at least one week prior to your scheduled arrival date to insure your materials are here when you check in. We have storage space.
Having your group name and your name enables us to find your meeting room, hotel room and virtually eliminates the possibility of us not knowing where to deliver your package. When shipping materials to the resort, please address as follows:
If you need something shipped, it is the guest’s responsibility to make arrangements for pick-up with the individual carriers, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Shipping and Receiving Department.
We accept most major credit cards, or if you have an account number with UPS and Federal Express, we can print labels from our office with their on-line shipping. When you ship anything of value from Seven Springs, we ask that you include insurance. UPS covers the first $100 of package contents only. UPS will not cover a damaged container of any kind.
The Seven Springs Shipping and Receiving Department is open 7 a.m. – 10 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday and 7 a.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday – Monday. We are located on the third level between the Alpine Room and the Seasons Room, and across from our in-house bakery.
If you are driving, we are located on the back side of the Main Lodge between the Indoor Pool and the Bowling Alley. The Skier’s Services Building will be on your right.
