Seven Springs Mountain Resort adds to the Memorial Day weekend activities by welcoming comedians Kathleen Madigan and Colin Quinn Sun., May 25, 2008!
Kathleen Madigan is one of the most popular female headliners in the country. An American Comedy Award winner as best female stand-up, her accessible and unpretentious style has earned her a devoted and growing following.
In 1995, Quinn was hired as a writer and feature player on NBC's sketch/comedy show, "Saturday Night Live." Two years later, he became a full-time cast member, showing up on Weekend Update as Lenny the Lion and Joe Blow. He also established the recurring characters The Thank You Guy and himself in the skit Colin Quinn Explains the NY Times. He later succeeded Norm MacDonald as the Weekend Update anchor.
The show is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., Sun., May 25, in Convention Hall. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available by clicking here or by calling (866) 703-ROCK (7625) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Tickets are priced at $38 for the platinum section, $33 for the gold and $28 for the silver section, inclusive of all fees.
