A Gourmet Getaway

Come up and join us for a sensational weekend that will feed your passion for deliciously good food and wine!


This weekend features gourmet food vendors, a welcome reception, daily seminars and cooking classes hosted by local and regional chefs. Throughout the weekend, our culinary experts will demonstrate selected recipes using local produce from the bountiful harvests of nearby farms and markets.

Seven Springs has two options for guests who like to savor this weekend of deliciously good food and wine. A weekend package is available featuring two nights of lodging, three days of gourmet cooking classes and seminars, Friday night’s welcome reception, three meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. The Gourmet Getaway is package priced at $399 per couple plus tax and gratuity.  Why not make a long weekend of it and stay an extra night and take advantage of the Trillium Spa, Sporting Clays or other amenities the resort has to offer?  A special day early or day late rate of $149 person person plus tax including breakfast can be added to your package.

Day packages are also available for $153.38 per person (including tax and gratuity) and include all of the above except for the lodging.
