Timbers
With its unique atmosphere and imaginative menu, Timbers beckons you to a delicious dining experience. A glimpse of the menu and you will find variety of appetizers, sandwiches, entrees and desserts ranging from truly classic American to the completely unexpected. The striking space that is Timbers is framed by locally grown and milled majestic red and white oaks, rich cherry and rustic pine. So settle in, relax and savor every bite.
Timbers is open 11 a.m - 10 p.m., Sunday - Thursday and 11 a.m. - 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday.
The Grille at Sporting Clays
After a day of shooting stop by the Sporting Clays Lodge for a cold beverage or a bite to eat. The lodges’ expansive dining area features a stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams or if you choose to sit out on the deck enjoy the views overlooking Pigeon Pond. The lodge also offers a private dining area perfect for meetings or a special occasion.
Bavarian Lounge
Relax, grab an ale and catch the game on our hi-def TV's or enjoy some acoustical entertainment in our Bavarian Lounge. Located on the fourth floor of the Main Lodge in the Center Lobby. Open daily 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
First Tracks
Everyone loves to be first and to make the first tracks of the day in newly fallen snow is the ultimate experience for many! As you prepare to hit the slopes for an exhilarating day of winter fun, First Tracks is the place to pick up a quick fulfilling bite to eat.
Offers breakfast, sandwiches, soup, salads, pizza and daily specials. Located on the main level of the Ski Lodge, First Tracks is open daily during ski season.
Lake Tahoe Lodge
Take a break on top of the mountain and enjoy a meal with a fabulous view. Located at the top of the North Face ski area, the restaurant serves soups, salads, sandwiches and lighter fare and is open Sunday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during ski season.
Seven Springs Mountain Resort is a smoke-free environment.
