Seven Springs Mountain Resort is the perfect spot to get great ideas . . . no time-wasting interruptions. The perfect spot to compare apples and oranges. The perfect spot to weigh the gravity of a problem . . . and then to solve it. But, we offer a lot more than just a change of scenery.
Eighteen meeting rooms . . . and that's just a start. Located on the three floors of the resort's convention wing and in the Main Lodge are twenty-two meeting rooms. One of them, the Five Seasons Room, can be divided into five breakout rooms. In addition, there are two forum rooms with permanent tiered seating.
If you need exhibit space or just a very large area, we have that too. Festival Hall measures 78 feet by 90 feet. Convention Hall measures 108 feet, 8 inches by 70 feet, 6 inches, has a large stage complete with sound and lighting, and is used for both eating and entertainment activities.
The Exhibit hall measures 119 feet, 6 inches by 98 feet, 6 inches. A total of 11, 711 square feet, Exhibit Hall can accommodate eighty-seven 8 foot by 10 foot booths or seating for 900. It has direct truck access with a 12 foot by 12 foot door opening and a truck dock. A portable stage is available. And 220-volt, 3-phase electricity. All meeting rooms have numerous electrical, microphone and telephone outlets, individual controls for audio equipment, air conditioning, and 110-volt, single-phase electricity.
