Whether it's for a group of 10 or 900, we will create a welcome for your group that will be remembered long after your meeting is over. 



The facilities for your Welcoming Reception are as diverse as the hors d'oeuvres we serve. It could be held in a large suite, on the Bavarian Beach Patio or even around an outdoor campfire. But, with poached salmon and soft shell crab, the welcoming will be even better. 



We can create wine fountains. A shellfish bar with succulent crab claws, shrimp, clams and oysters nestled in a bed of crushed ice. Bountiful cheese and fruit trees. Or you may just want to have a small fruit basket with a split of wine in the rooms of arriving guests. It is all up to you. We can tailor a "welcome" for just about any size group, budget or theme.



When the sun comes up!
Breakfast at Seven Springs is an unequaled treat. Eggs any way you want them. Scrumptious sausages. Rashers of bacon and ham. Cream chipped beef on hot muffins. Cereals. Fresh fruits. Steaming hot coffee. And baked goods of every size and description.



From the wine cellar.
Our wine steward prides himself on the quality and international representation of our cellar's wines and champagnes. We offer domestic favorites such as California Vineyards, Pennsylvania Cellars, and Robert Mondavi. Vintage labels from France, Italy and Germany. And new issues from Yugoslavia, Spain, Australia, Chile and Argentina.



Let's have dinner.
We can serve a sit-down dinner to as many as 900 guests. Each dinner is guaranteed to be hot and delicious. In addition to large group dinners, Seven Springs has four year-round food service areas . . .The Coffee Shop . . .Pizza & Pastry Place . . .Slopeside Dining Room. . . and, or course, the magnificent Helen's Restaurant.

Coffee Breaks
At Seven Springs, there's a lot more to a coffee break than coffee. If you'd prefer, we could arrange a cookie break, our Bavarian pretzel break, or an ice cream break. In fact, if you have an idea for an unusual "coffee break," we'll do our best to create it for you.
