Welcome to Seven Springs Sporting Clays

Rated one of the best facilities in the country, N.S.C.A. Level III Instructor, Mike Mohr meticulously designed two challenging courses and a sub-gauge course that take advantage of the natural beauty of the surrounding Laurel Highlands. Great for novice and competitive shooters of all ages.

Seven Springs Sporting Clays is located within 200 miles of the major metropolitan areas of Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Cleveland and Washington D.C. and is easily accessible from either exit 91 or 110 of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

The Sport of Sporting Clays

What is sporting clays? Patience. Precision. But mostly exhilaration! Often times described as “golf with a shotgun.” Unlike trap and skeet, sporting clays targets are thrown in a great variety of trajectories, angles, speeds, elevations and distances, which simulates actual hunting conditions.

  • The course is open 10 a.m. - 4 p.m., Thursday - Sunday, weather permitting.

  • The Grille is open 11 a.m. - 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sunday and Thursday. The Grille will be closed on Mondays through Wednesday. Hours are subject to change.
