Yogurt Poppy Seed Apple Cider Vinaigrette6 egg yolks 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1 1/4 tbsp. salt 1/2 cup sugar 1/ cup lemon juice 1/2 tsp white pepper 1/2 gallon vegetable oil 1/4 cup poppy seeds 1 1/2 cups of Greek yogurt Add all ingredents except vegetable oil, poppy seeds and togurt into a mixer with a whisk. Mix and then slowly blend in vegetable oil with mixer running. Fold in poppy seed and yogurt. |
