Q&A with Josh Wetshtein

Meet Josh Wetshtein! As the new Sous Chef at Helen's, Josh helps manage the kitchen staff and create some of the yummy meals that Helen's is known for. He enjoys riding bikes and strangely enough has never seen the ocean.

If you're cooking a special meal at home for a very special guest, what would you make?

I would make something from ingredients at the local farmer's market. I'd take my special someone to market and local farms, get a nice bottle of champagne and make a day date of it.

If you were given a yacht, what would you name it?

The Lucky Louis because if I were to receive a yacht, my dog Louis and I would be pretty lucky!

What was your favorite TV show when you were a kid?

Well, my mother used to tell me I'd freak out whenever Elvira would come on. I guess I had a little crush.
