The Great Allegheny Passage

The Great Allegheny Passage (GAP), a 150-mile system of hiking and biking trails that connect Pittsburgh to Cumberland, Maryland, is now easily accessible from Seven Springs Mountain Resort.

Because Seven Springs is only minutes away from a 60-mile stretch of the GAP we are now offering pre-planned itineraries every day for riders of all abilities.

Don’t have a bike or don’t want to bring it with you? No problem, we have you covered! We have a fleet of Trek bikes for all ages.

Your day of family fun and adventure will begin with transportation from Seven Springs to the trail head. You will ride along the trail and see stunning landscapes, waterfalls, wildlife, rafters and more! Be sure to take a break during your ride and refuel with your delicious packed GAP lunch. Once you arrive at your final destination, visit some of the local businesses or ice cream shop for an end of ride treat before being brought back to the resort.

Whether you'd like to enjoy a simple, carefree ride or an adventure to brag to your friends about, Seven Springs will make your journey exciting and most of all, easy!
