Throughout the weekend, culinary experts will demonstrate selected recipes using local produce from the bountiful harvests of nearby farms and markets. Other highlights include classes and demonstrations and a decadent dinner with suggested wine pairings. Enjoy two nights of lodging and three days of gourmet cooking classes and seminars hosted by a bevy of talented visiting chefs and industry professionals.
