You probably won’t be hanging out with Clint Hurdle on Mud Day but attempting the Clint’s Hurdles will be just as fun. This obstacle requires you to use your entire body. The key is to set yourself up with a huge vertical jump.
To prepare start in a seated position, jump up to the bar and pull your chin over the bar. Repeat this exercise and you will build the strength it takes to make it over the Clint Hurdles on Mud Day.
