The Hangover is one of the toughest obstacles at Mud on the Mountain! It demands pure upper body strength and a strong grip! The first step is building the grip strength.

This week we have two exerThe Hangover is one of the toughest obstacles at Mud on the Mountain! It demands pure upper body strength and a strong grip! The first step is building the grip strength.

This week we have two exercises that will help your prepare for this obstacle.

The beginner exercise is to start by simply hanging on a bar until failure and repeat.

The next step is to make your way across monkey bars hand over hand. If your gym doesn’t have monkey bars try it at a park!

If you become comfortable with this exercise, you will be ready to take on the Hangover on Mud Day!
