What’s New on the Mountain?

Seven Springs Mountain Resort is proud to announce the addition of new groomers to our fleet! We added a brand new PistenBully 400 ParkPro snowcat and PistenBully 400 Winch snowcat this season.

The 400 Winch snowcat will be used in the building of the only Olympic-size Superpipe on the East Coast and the 400 ParkPro snowcat allows machine operators to consistently achieve the highest level of grooming quality.

We have also made upgrades to our snow making system with the addition of 30 new HKD Viper ground guns and we replaced several areas of snowmaking lines on the mountain.

There are several projects happening off the mountain as well!

The Bowling Alley at Seven Springs received a complete overhaul with a new lounge area, new scoring system and new bowling equipment.

Right next door to the Bowling Alley is a hip new restaurant called Seven Ten Bistro which serves up out-of-the-ordinary menu items. We highly recommend sharing the Tater Tots Waffle Sandwich with friends!

The Matterhorn Lounge has also undergone a major renovation. This project includes an updated layout with new carpeting, lighting and furnishings. The lounge will include several VIP areas, a new dance floor and tableside service.

The Ski Lodge and the Foggy Goggle also received a few updates including new carpeting.

The new Tyrol Chalets will debut this winter near the hotel and within walking distance to the slopes. The chalets feature luxurious comforts including full kitchens, bedroom suites with private bathrooms, convenient parking, ski lockers, private decks overlooking the slopes and premium amenities.

And last but not least, we added two new retail stores to the resort!

Accents is a boutique offering the finest Vera Bradley clutches, purses, scarves and more, as well as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, watches and charms from Brighton. And The Orvis Store offers fine fly-fishing and sporting goods including Orvis fishing tackle, fly rods, flies, waders and fishing apparel as well as authentic Beretta shooting apparel including top-quality vests, shirts and hats.

Both stores are now open on the fourth floor of the Main Lodge.
