    Day Group Frequently Asked Questions

Can my group visit during different sessions and still receive group rates?

Our Group Rates are only valid for groups that have 20 or more people skiing on the same day during the same session.

Do I have to pay in advance of my Ski/Snowboard Day?

Yes, we do require payment in full with your final numbers, at least three days in advance of your visit. We can take cash, credit card, or check. This three day window helps our operations team staff prepare for your group to arrive. If you order online, any discount account or code will go inactive 3 days before your visit.

What if my numbers change by the day I arrive?

We do require your final counts for all Lift Tickets, Rentals, and lessons at least three days before you arrive. Any additional tickets, rentals, or beginner ski lessons will be charged a $15 fee per ticket/rental/lesson. If your numbers drop below the specified 20 people, we are unable to extend our group rates for your visit. We ask that you and your group please make this commitment so we can continue to offer our group rates.

Do you have incentives for group leaders?

Yes! Groups that bring the following through-out the season are eligible for a free season pass for the 2022/2023 season

    • Bring 4 trips of 30 people purchasing Ski/Snowboard Lift Tickets
    • Bring 6 trips of 20 or more Ski/Snowboard Lift Tickets
    • or purchase a total of 225 Ski/Snowboard Lift Tickets
    • Receive one complimentary lift ticket per trip of 30 or more people

Do you allow groups on Holidays and Saturdays?

Due to growing demand and ensure our guests always enjoy their time here, we are not able to offer day group discounts during the holiday week from Dec. 24th through Jan 1th. If you have a group that would like to ski over this period, we do have Group Lodging Packages available through our Overnight Group Office. We also do not offer group rates January 15th & 16th and February 19th-20th.

Can groups rent a space for a party or gathering?

With the Covid 19 Pandemic still in play, our indoor spaces are limited. To find out if we have a space available for your party, please contact our group sales office at 800-452-2223, ext. 7976

Do you have discounts for group snow tubing?

We do not offer special rates for groups at our tubing park at this time. Tubing is extremely popular and can sell out, we recommend reserving your tickets online and in advance to claim your spot. Tubing tickets are not refundable for any reason. Private Tubing Group Rentals are available only during hours that the park is not already open to the public. The cost for this is $2500 and reservations can be made directly with the tubing park by calling 7645.

Can someone in my group take an advanced ski or snowboard lesson?

Our Group Ski Lessons for beginners are the only lessons we offer at a group discount. Advanced ski lessons are tailored specifically to each skier, so we recommend speaking with our ski school directly about our amazing private ski lessons with one of our certified instructors.

Can my young child take a snowsports lesson?

Our Group Program only supports Group Lessons. Our Group lessons are for those 8 years and older, are 90 minutes long, and will be made up of individuals not in the same traveling group. Our Snowsports School does offer lessons for younger kids and people from the same traveling group, but they are not included in our group rate program. To see our Snowsports School’s options, please click here.

I am a tax-exempt organization, can I receive my Lift Tickets, Rentals, and Lessons without paying tax?

Any organization with tax exempt status can submit the proper paperwork prior to finalizing the reservation. This must be done every season, even if you’ve visited us in the past. The state of Pennsylvania does require that we charge a 6% amusement tax on both lift tickets and lessons, unfortunately, this does not qualify for tax exemption for any organization.

Can my group ski multiple days in the same week?

You are permitted more than one ski day per week but tickets are sold for individual days. You also must have over 20 people per day per session when skiing multiple days in a row. If you are staying in the Seven Springs area, consider one of our great Group Lodging Packages that our Overnight Group Sales team offers – you’ll get amazing accommodations with access to the slopes and multi-day lift tickets!

Can I pick up my rentals before my session begins?

Yes! Our Rental shop is open thirty minutes before the lifts start turning. For our night groups, you can show up about an hour early to get all setup before heading out on the snow.

Where can we store our personal items while we are out enjoying the slopes?

There are lockers for rent just outside our rental shop. These lockers are $1 each time you open them. Basket check is available on weekends and Thursday Nights for School Night. On weekends, basket check is $10 and includes a laundry basket sized storage bin for your shoes, extra clothes, and odds and ends. If you do have your car, that is another great place to lock your valuables.

What are the food options at the resort for our group

We have an array of dining options available that will satisfy even the pickiest eater in your group. To see a full list of dining options and menus, please visit our dining page.
