Snow & Weather Report

Update: Monday, February 17, 6:22 a.m.

Snowfall came in hot yesterday and the accumulations continue to stack up this morning. The mountain is looking stunning in fresh white and the slopes open at 9 a.m. today. Here's what else you need to know:

• The park team is serving up 76 freestyle features within five parks today with The Spot - 17, The Alley - 34, Sunset - 6, Santa's Beard - 11 and Arctic Blast - 8.
• Uphill travel is open from 7-9 a.m. today. Availability is subject to change, check here daily for the latest updates and review the Uphill Access Policy before you hit the snow.

The trails have been groomed overnight with fresh natural snow mixed into the corduroy and topped off with additional snowfall and more being added by the minute. We'll start the day with powdery surface conditions and drifts of windblown snow. Snowmaking operations are online in select areas. As always, be aware and ski and ride with care.

It's currently 15 degrees with gusty winds and highs expected to reach the upper teens today. Snow showers will continue throughout the morning hours before clearing out later today. High pressure will bring a bluebird for Tuesday with sunshine and blue skies throughout the day. The next chance for snow moves into the area late Wednesday and into Thursday.

It's a popular weekend so be sure to plan ahead to make the most of your day! If you don't have an Epic Pass or Epic Day Pass, get your lift ticket online in advance as ticket sales are limited. If you’re headed up for the day, please consider carpooling with family and friends.

Stay connected with your family and friends on the mountain with the My Epic app. Get started by sharing your location with a friend in the My Epic app, so you can meet up and ride together all day long.

Have fun out there and remember to respect the mountain and your fellow skiers and snowboarders. We'll see you on the snow!
